Does Jelqing really work?

In the 1970’s Dr Brian Richard, who was at the time a practitioner in Harley Street in London, performed a scientific study on the jelq technique and concluded that the enlargement exercise program effectively increased the penis size of 87% of the men partaking in the study.

The results of the study were published in the British Journal of Sexual Medicine (bjsm.co.uk).

However, it is not a quick fix. It has been proven that the exercises really do work, but it takes time and dedication. If the exercises are done safely, regularly and patiently you may start seeing actual results in as little as a few weeks.
